• 1. Delivery Within Armenia

  NUUM JEWELRY offers free delivery throughout the Republic of Armenia. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination, the time the order is placed, and the workload of the delivery service.

  Most orders within Yerevan are delivered as quickly as possible, while deliveries to other regions of Armenia may take up to three business days.

  When placing your order, please make sure to provide the recipient’s full name, phone number, and complete delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays. If necessary, our team may contact you before shipment to confirm your order details.

  Every jewelry piece is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the package and confirming that the contents match your order.

• 2. International Delivery

  NUUM JEWELRY also offers international shipping. Orders shipped outside the Republic of Armenia are generally delivered within up to 15 business days. The international shipping fee is 7,000 AMD (approximately 20 USD).

  Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier operations, customs procedures, and local holidays. The stated delivery period is an estimated timeframe and may be extended due to circumstances beyond the control of NUUM JEWELRY.

  Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available. Please ensure that your full name, country, city, postal code, complete address, and active phone number are entered correctly. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information, the cost of reshipping may be charged separately.

  Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in certain countries. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

• 3. Order Processing and Important Information

  Delivery time begins after your order and payment have been fully confirmed. If the selected jewelry item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible. For custom-made pieces, ring size adjustments, personalized engravings, or pre-orders, additional production time may be required. In such cases, our team will notify you of the estimated completion and shipping date in advance.

  Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transportation restrictions, customs inspections, incorrect delivery information, or courier service workload. While NUUM JEWELRY carefully monitors every shipment and provides support whenever needed, we cannot fully control the operations of third-party delivery providers.

  After receiving your order, please inspect both the jewelry and the package contents. If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies, contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos. This allows us to review the issue promptly and offer the most appropriate solution.
